Export an .mp4 into the folder, using the below settings. Make sure you adjust your work area and only export what you want us to see. For multiple videos, repeat this process and name the videos something relevant. Save the video in the SUBMITTED WORK folder on the Media Drive.
Magazine Export instructions...
Go to File > Export. To enable us to see double page spreads, ensure you create an Interactive PDF. Select High Quality Print, and ensure All pages are being exported. Save the PDF in the SUBMITTED WORK folder on the Media Drive.
Website Export instructions...
COPY (not move) your entire root folder to the SUBMITTED WORK folder on the Media Drive.
We need to see progress, so copying the website gives us a snapshot. Leave your current project in your M Drive folder as it was.
Ensure that every single file you wish AQA to see is included in this folder, not located somewhere else In your saved areas. Do not copy any raw video files used to make video projects. Only finished exported .flv files.
